ESO - The Hurricane: Written

ESO - The Hurricane: Written Build (Video at the bottom)

The Hurricane Sorcerer build is all about maximizing crit chance and capitalizing
on it. To that end, Khajitt is the best choice as they get extra weapon crit.

For champion points:
    Mage:        Mighty
                                      Precise Strikes

                          Piercing
Warrior:     Hardy
                                                Elemental Defender

                         Ironclad

                                       Quick Recovery
      Thief:       Warlord
                             Mooncalf

                           Tenacity

                              Tumbling
Mundus Stone: The Thief, The Shadow, The Lover

Attributes: 0 Magicka      12 Health       52 Stamina

First Bar: Dual Wield - Blood Craze, Rapid Strikes, Evil/Camouflaged Hunter,

                                               Critical Surge, Steal Tornado

                              Ultimate: Thrive In Chaos

The First bar is largely for engaging enemies while the two PBAoE's are up from

the second Bar are up. Make sure to keep Critical Surge up to not only increase

damage 20% but to also ensure ridiculous healing from all the criticals you'll be

doing.

Second Bar: Dual Wield - Deadly Cloak, Hurricane, Evil/Camouflaged Hunter, Dark

          Deal, Lightweight Beast Trap

                                Ultimate: Dawnbreaker of Smiting

This bar is used primarily to apply your PBAoE's making you deadly to just be near

as well as some general utility/direct healing. Now the last three skills can be

swapped out to match the occasion as they are largely just utility skills.

The Best In Slot for all Stam DPS is Vicious Ophidian (Serpent) with Velidreth

      Monster Set, Agility Jewelry

Armor/Weapons/Accessories: So here's where it diverges a little bit. I've come up

with a few pretty viable armor/weapon choices that all work fairly well. Let's start

with the easiest to obtain, but still very effective none the less set up. However,

the accessories remain the 3 piece agility set with weapon damage enchants and

the Robust trait with all options.

 Set Up #1

             Jewelry: Spriggan's/Weapon Damage Enchants

                  7 Piece Medium

Head: Medium, Spriggan's: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Shoulder: Medium, Ashen Grip: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Hands: Medium,, Hunding's Rage: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Legs: Medium, Hunding's Rage: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Chest: Medium, Hunding's Rage: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Belt: Medium, Spriggan's: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Feet: Medium, Hunding's Rage: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Weapons: Two Axes: Leki's, Sharpened Trait, Shock/Weapon Damage

Enchant

Two Swords: Leki's, Precise Trait, Shock/Weapon Damage

Enchants

This set-up is great because it's easy to get into, and also you could easily swap a

few pieces for a monster helm set-up if you wanted to as well

Set Up #2: This one is more expensive to get, provides a lot of great bonuses, but it

is very set in stone. Every piece is pretty essential.

                   5 Piece Medium/2 Piece Heavy

Head: Medium, Hunding's Rage: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Shoulder: Medium, Hunding's Rage: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Hands: Heavy, Twice Born Star: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Legs: Medium, Twice Born Star: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Chest: Medium, Twice Born Star: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Belt: Heavy, Twice Born Star: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Feet: Medium, Twice Born Star: Divines Trait - Stamina Enchant

Weapons: Two Handed, Hunding's Rage: Precise Trait - Shock Enchant

Two Swords, Hunding's Rage: Precise Trait - Shock Enchants

Now this set-up will pretty much maximize your damage/crit chance if you're

using the Thief/Warrior mundus stone combo Twice Born Star allows for, but again

this set-up requires pretty much every single piece or your hamstringing yourself.
